Tremortown Privacy Policy

lp-peg studio (“we”) handles information in Tremortown (the “Service”) as follows.

1. Information we collect

On-device data: game progress, settings, language, and the version, time, and language of the legal documents you accepted.
Account and game data: your Firebase anonymous user ID, game progress, your leaderboard name (assigned automatically) and scores, and records of ad rewards and purchases being processed.
Google account linking: only if you choose to link, your Google account identifier, email address, and display name. Firebase Authentication stores these.
Advertising data: advertising identifiers, IP address, device and app information, and ad impression and interaction information. Google AdMob collects this.
Purchase data: product, purchase status, and transaction identifiers. Google Play, the App Store, and RevenueCat process this. We do not receive payment card numbers.
Usage and diagnostic data: screens and in-game actions, sessions, device information, and approximate region. Google Analytics for Firebase processes this. To tune game balance, we may store play records with your user ID irreversibly transformed.
Support information: your email address, the content of your inquiry, and any information you provide to verify your identity.

2. Purposes and legal bases

We use this information to provide the Service, save progress, authenticate you, grant purchases and ad rewards, improve game balance, prevent fraud, fix problems, answer inquiries, and comply with law. We rely on performance of our contract with you, legal obligations, our or your legitimate interests, or consent. Processing that requires consent, such as personalized ads or cross-app tracking, can be chosen separately through Google UMP or iOS ATT. If you decline, you can still use the Service, and ads will be non-personalized.

3. Service providers and third parties

Information is sent, as needed for these purposes, to Google (Firebase, Google Analytics for Firebase, AdMob, Google Play, Google Cloud), Apple (App Store), and RevenueCat, each of which processes it under its own policies. We do not provide personal data to others for other purposes, except as required by law, to protect someone's life or safety, or to protect rights. Where ad processing counts as a “sale” or “sharing,” users in applicable regions can opt out under “Privacy choices” in the app.

4. International transfers and retention

Game data is stored on servers in the United States (Google Cloud), and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. The United States has no comprehensive privacy law equivalent to Japan's, but our providers apply security measures under their privacy policies and data processing terms. Information about users in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland is transferred under the standard contractual clauses or other mechanisms our providers use.

We keep information for these periods:

Game data and purchase processing records: until you delete your account.
Leaderboards: deleted automatically at the start of the week after next.
Ad reward records being processed: deleted automatically about one day after the processing deadline.
Play records with transformed IDs: as long as needed for tuning (up to one year).
Inquiries: one year after the inquiry is resolved.

5. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or file a complaint with a supervisory authority. You can delete your server-side game data and account with “Delete save data” in the app menu. You can change ad consent under “Privacy choices,” and iOS tracking in your device settings. If you have not linked a Google account, we do not link your email or similar information to your user ID, so we may be unable to identify your data from a request made outside the app.

6. Security and children

We use access controls, encrypted transport, authentication, and separation of privileges. The Service is not directed primarily to children. If you are under the age of consent where you live, get your parent's or guardian's consent. If you believe we collected information without required parental consent, contact contact@lp-peg.com.

7. Changes and contact

We will notify you in the app of important changes and ask for consent again where required.
